According to this Interfax story, an astrology college is set to open "in the nearest future" in Ukraine. The president of the Ukrainian National Association of Astrologists claims that the school will train 120 astrologers a year and hopes to open campuses in all major cities across Ukraine, the first nation in the world to recognize astrology as a science. I wonder if any Ukrainian scientists have printed that badge of honor on their letterhead. Unfortunately, a degree in astrology will still be more useful than one in art history.
